Trouble with family website

Hello from Savannah, GA. I started a family website at:

Thomas Rhodes of South Carolina - Family Tree for Rhodes, Cater, Smith, Wright and 4 other surnames.. At first I was only able to get family members to access the site by typing in thomasrhodessc.tribalpages.com in an e mail and telling them to click it.
I arranged to have the site searchable by Google. When I open the Google website I type this in at the "main window" and cannot get the site to open. However when I type this in at the smaller Google window at the top left the site opens. Why doesn't it open from the main window? I tried to open the site at the library using Google to make sure my computer was not just opening sites in a stored cache of sites. It opened at the library

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
