hi,

i'm a longtime google user. i've used or tried almost every service offered by google at one time or another. i hope this site can be a source of information to me, and vice versa.

anyhow, i was directed here to seek assistance, because my account was hijacked. after jumping through every account validation "hoop", the hackers still have a firm grip on my account. and they're working on my identity as well.

i'm trying my best, but google's total lack of interest with my case is extremely disheartening to me.

hopefully i can find an answer here.
