I'm really curious and willing to help

Hi,

My name is Jim, and I've been a marital therapist for almost 30 years. I am married (26 years), have 2 teenagers (17 & 20). And one very painful issue seems to be appearing in my therapy office more than ever lately: People trying desperately to get through an affair, sometimes more than one, and get their happiness, stability and life back. So, I thought, hey, why not try to do my small part in helping out.

So, if any of you know of any relevant forums I might visit, or even if you have a question about infidelity, feel free to email me. I've got so much experience assisting people who are facing this particular enormous hurt, and I'd really like to share it.

marital therapist??? I think, that most marriage are doom to its wreckage more if using services like this. marital therapists, private investigators, yada yada and all of those... I mean, instead of the two people working it out, people like this therapists, investigators and all makes it worst. they pretend they know something but the truth is that they don't know it all, I mean, they may have experience and may have heard stories but they are not in the shoes that the couples are in.... I think that the best solution for relationships with problems are for the couples to deal with it themselves or with the people who cares like friends and family. Why should you pay for shrinks.
