Adsense app. not getting approved.Seems error is in my site with WebResource

I have posted an adsense application. My application not getting approved. Its more than 2 months...
Myweb site is ASP.net and I setup an error messaging system. and I getting errors from 66.249.71.138 ( this IP is belongs to Google ) number oftimes. Can anyone review the following two error stack traces and tell me what is thewrong ???
I dont know what is this WebResource.axd and ScriptResource.axd...
