Over 88% of seniors want to stay in their homes rather than go to assisted living, or nursing home. Many want to sell their homes and get a new smaller home - and then pay off the mortgage with a reverse mortgage and have no monthly payments. or they need money for health care and today for gas, food and medicine. I try to help where I can, but never try to push people...just give them info.
