I'm afraid not. But many regular posters here are.
Saturdays tend to be a little slow, but you'll get a few replies to your SEO question(s) by tomorrow.
In the meantime, there's a lot of good information you should be able to glean from browsing through similar posts.

I'm a bit closer to downtown. Around King Eddie and Fraser. I guess it's the edge of Mount Pleasant.
(We're the riding that elected a Liberal, and got a Conservative.

)
