New member in the forums

Hi there everyone

I'm a new member in this forums, my nick is Rebel, a.k.a. Tyrcus Skyon. I'm a 34 yo guy from Barcelona, Europe.

I found this site searching for gtalk users. I don't use gtalk myself,
'cause i work under GNU/Linux, but I connect to the gtalk network via
Gaim. None of my friends use gtalk, they all use MSN, so I just want to
meet some nice people to chat with a tool based on open source
technology. So, feel free to add me to ur buddy lists!

My interests are diverse. I have a degree in human nutrition, and I'm
currently working in clinical nutrition research. Also I'm taking a
second degree, this time in psychology.

I love science.fiction, and I'm a big Star Wars fan. I also like very
much The Lord of the rings, I enjoyed the book (read it 3 times) and
the movies.

Even though I may seem a bit of a nerd, I also have social life

My other big hobby is karate-do, I'm a black belt of Kenkyukai
style.

Thank you all for the warm welcome.

I forgot one of my two biggest hobbies. Music and travel around the world. I've been living during some time in the United States and Australia, I also have visited some other countries and my next big trip should be Japan.

My favourite music is hip-hop, but I also like R&B classic jazz, soul, reggae and soundtracks.
