On the surface, Live Documents seems to offer the same online productivity tools as rivals such as Google Docs & Spreadsheets.called Live Documents was unveiled this week from former co-founder of Hotmail Sabeer Bhatia.

As long as your sure that no one other than you can view, download your files despites it has a certain security measure for that then thats an innovative idea.
