I'm sorry but the title was not Tarzan, it was George of the Jungle,but the story is like Tarzan...here's the summary:

Starring Brendan Fraser, Leslie Mann, Thomas Haden Church, John Cleese, and Richard Roundtree this comedy follows George, a young man who was raised by apes in the forest after a plane crash when he was an infant left him stranded. George rescues an American woman in the forest on safari and takes her to live with him. Eventually though the pair is found by the woman's erstwhile lover and they return to America.
