Does anyone know which is the official special Olympics theme song?

Heard that there is an official announcement on this:

So what happen to the original song written and composed by the local chinese?

I heard that it is the one composed by 2 Shanghai musicians (Hao Yongguang & Qian Wujie) & it was voted by the public? ("The World Has You and Me")
This is the 1st time the Special Olympics is held in Asia so of course it should be a song composed by Asians right?

I just got to read about the song “I Know I Can” from http://english.cri.cn/4026/2007/09/17/167@274772.htm I have always thought that the official theme song has been confirmed to be 世界有你有我since more than a month ago. After 5 months of stringent selection from more than 500 entries, I am rather puzzled on the news release about “I Know I Can”… Do hope that a clearer announcement can be made.

It reports that the official song is “We Are Together" (Lyrics: Qian Wujie; Music: Hao Yonggang).

It's composed by Asians, and gonna be sung by Asians too! The singers are Sun Nan and Ho Yeow Sun.
