At least some of the film makers in India are thinking of future

Mobile technology is the next technology. Entertainment will come directly on your cell phones.

And our industry is known to take its time to get adept in new technology. But one story I read recently, and really liked was one of the top bollywood directors, Sanjay Gupta premiered three Bollywood short films at the 3GSM show in Barcelona. The GSM association had partnered with Hungama Mobile to launch 'A Mobile Bollywood Initiative. And it was received very well with a great many mobile holders sending their positive feedback after watching the three stories directed by Sanjay Gupta, from Dus Kahania.

That's the way to go, make short movies, publish it through mobile phones, the users pay a small sum to see the movies - on their mobiles, and everyone gets a chance to tell and make interesting stories.
