Site With 800-900 Unique's a Day - Selling Ad Space

Goldfiles.com is a software download site. It get's 800-900 unique visiter's a day. The PR was at 6, but the site went through remodeling, causing the PR to temporarily drop to 4. Remodeling is now complete and Gold Files is now growing at a very fast rate again. The PR will be back to 6 very soon.

We have a number of banner ad and text link position's available. Most are visible throughout the whole site. If you are interested please email me at sales@goldfiles.com. We can discuss ad placement and prices. Prices are good and extremely flexible.

Look, I didn't want to destroy your chances (he sent me a PM complaining). But you too know that those ads don't worth the money.
What you think, which is better (from an objective (mine) perspective):

1. you, without those bucks
2. lots of mistold, poor people.

First option wins.

And I'm starting to seriously doubt your experience in selling ad space... Adsense does not count as adspace sales experience...
