Indian advertisers for our site

I am looking for information about Indian advertisement companies who can give me advertisements for my upcoming portal (its coming with a marketing budget of about Rs.3,50,00,000.-) and will be launched within next few months.

Thus does anyone know of a company that provides advertisements for websites directly to the portal owners (and offers good payouts)?

Three and a half crores is big money. Trying contacting big corporates like Airtel or Idea as well as Insurance companies. There is a high probability that they would ask you to contact them after the site is launched and has good hits.

Chaitanyamandava,

We don't want to talk directly to the advertisers as at that time we would be focusing on selling our services to the paid members of our portal. Thus an agency that collects and distributes advertisements would be better (as it will save lot of our energy).

hmmm. Thats a tricky one. Some of my friends had a website going but they approached companies directly. If I hear of anything I'll let you know.

Moonwater,

Rs. stands for Indian Rupees which is represented as INR (INdian Rupee). 1 US$ = 44 INR (approx).

Crore is a british term representing 10 million (i.e. US$ 1 Crore = US$ 10,000,000).
