Backing Up Google Groups Email Addresses

I have a website which had been running for about 2 years and gotten about 3,000 people on the mailinglist - at the time I was sending out plain text newsletters frm my home PC which was very slow (taking about 6 hours)brbrSo I switched to using Google Groups - setup and annoucement only group and now there's about 4,000 people.brbrBut really I want to be able to have my own copy of the email addresses on the list, the maillist is quite valuable and I'm not always impressed with Google's Groups, for ages it kept trying to tell me the USA and Canada were in Europe and the other ay was down for a bit.brbrFor piece of mind I'd like my own load copy of the mailinglist.brbrIs there an easy way to back up the list?br
