Google Analytics

Hi,
Under the traffic sources for our website where there is direct, organic etc, there is one that is Classified and we dont know what this is for. If I go down a level there are two options, member and company. Do you know what this traffic source is?
The website is an auction website with individual members and companies, I am wondering if it has something to do with this. But am not 100% sure.

I wonder if you do Classifieds ads submission? maybe that's where your traffic came from..

classifieds submission can really help you get traffic

We do PPC but no classified ads. There are all the usual sources of traffic in the analytics except this one. The website is an auction website so I am wondering if it is something to do with if you are registered as a individual member or a company and it is when you return to the website and are automatically logged in or something. We have a few other auction websites and they show the same thing in Google Analytics. All of the other sites that we have do not have anything like this.

I contacted Google and they gave said that it was tagged classified listings that we have running but we do not have any. Seems a bit strange that it is only on auction websites and no other sites.

Yea traffic is traffic. I would look back on your links or history to narrow down the source.

Probably someone post your site in the classifieds and its better it brought you traffic right...So be thankful with that one...as long as it doesn't brought negative effect to your site...
