If you have a Verizon phone you can have AIM, Yahoo Messnger, and MSN messenger as a Get It Now download for free. To use it it just uses txt messages.

I think if Google created a messenger they would include it in the application.

I would think that would be a great idea. Although it would rock, It would need to go through BETA Like all other programs.

I don't think "beta" is such a bad thing. I think it's a great way to get all the bugs out before releasing it to the general public.

I work at Verizon Wireless and we test out all of the phones that are released for a couple of months to get the major bugs out. then, usually, once the general public gets the phone, and there's a larger group using it, other bugs are found and fixed...

So it tends to work out pretty good.

You can go to Indiatimes.com and download their messenger. You can use Yahoo and MSN from that.

From what I can see... There are a lot of programs out there that allow you to combine all of your lists into one program. Qnext is one I use, but the interface is something that I don't like.

They all seem to have a really complex looking user interface and don't have all the great features of the original program...

So I think the most imkportant thing for Google to do is to keep the interface clean and simple, but have a lot of advanced features too. It'll need a balance.
