Google maps

If I got on to Google maps and type in my post code or town, a gray square just comes up.

Even on the map of the UK, if I move it to the side the map goes gray.

Any ideas?

The grey squares are what are behind the map if it does not load, what connection are you on what OS what browser tell us a little bit more.

Ps. Has Googe maps worked before, have you tried emptying your temporary internet files or cookies?

Do you have a Firewall or Privacy Suite installed like Norton or McAfee? Try disabeling them and see what happens.
If still nothing, might be time to send something off to Google: http://www.google.com/support/maps/bin/request.py
