anyone knows how to migrate contents of blogger from one site to another?

why migrate...?
just make a new blogger address and redirect it...

putting the address of my new blog on the current main page?

Well, let put aside about redirecting. login to your blogger account. When you get into the Dashboard panel, click on the Settings tab. then, you'll se this:
[after you click the Settings tab]
Blog Tools: Import blog - Export blog - Delete blog
You can import posts and comments from a previously exported Blogger blog, export this blog, or permanently delete it. good luck

how about widgets and javascripts? how do i migrate them to the new blogger site?

well, you just have to manually copy and paste it...
for that part, i haven't try.
