Wrong Title in Google search Result

Hello I am very confused about the result of the google search to my website. When I search my keyword in Google the result of the title is not the same with my title tag in my website..

Can you help me to solve this problem?. You can see it by entering this key word "nueva ecija shopping mall", the result of the Google search engine is THE BEST|NUEVA ECIJA SHOPPING MALL, but my actual title is "Nueva Ecija Shopping Mall- The Best Shopping Mall in Nueva Ecija"

I can only hazard a guess that it is a combination of the three. Only a guess.
