Google Product Search Question

Hello guys, I am new to this forum, but I have a question.

I have realized when I search for a product of Froogle/Google Product Search, when I click on a product it leads me to the companies website. I was wondering how I might go about doing that. I am newly employed and as part of our campaign we have started using AdWords, so now we want to attract customers using product search.

Anybody out there able to help. I really neeed this. Our client is coming in at 2 o'clock today. I have been on holiday up until yesterday and been unable to look up any solutions.
