How do i put the small search link onto my website???

hello,
i need to add the small google search box into my webpage?

im not 100% sure what it is called, but its the link that sits inside your webpage and contains a textbox, in which you put a keyword or a phraise then it connects to google.com and opens a new page of the just searched criteria...
