Picasa Deleting Pictures

Approximately every time I run Picasa, it removes and reindexes all my photos. I have 1000s of photos so this takes a long time. There is not something i am doing specifically that causes this to happen. It happens randomly.

I am very frustrated. Any hints?

i categorized my photos... i actually do that for easy search...
why dont you try it.. hope it helps....

Did this fix your problem? You can also try uninstalling Picasa and then downloading the latest version.

i agree with you sometimes photos need proper management for easy index as well as you know where to find it and monitor whether they are lost or not

i love google and google-products.,such as gmail,gtalk.
but,
you will know this is not complete still now,also picasa is beta.
some of google products have many problems.
at Their Office,Google web masters was solving a lot of troubles all the time.
so,Anyone should be not depend upon some technology absolutely at this time(or free offer).
please learn for picasa problems.

Well I think for an Alternative try using Flickr for a change hehehe ....
