PIcasa Glitch

Hi; It's Joe. A retired Firefighter with a five year track record with Google which never ceases to amaze. I've been using Picasa without issue for just about all that time until recently. I sent some old photos to a friend and some unrelated photos were sent via Outlook Express. Since then, when I attempt to open an email, Picasa opens instead. I recently loaded a new program called Spamfighter. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks ,jagdoran

My only trouble with picasa is that, everytime I click its shortcut icon , my pc restarts...yeah this happens..why oh why Delilah

You should get off of Outlook Express. It is no longer in development and suffered from quite a number of little issues like this. If you want to stick to Microsoft, use Windows Live Mail which is the replacement for OE.

Even better is the equally free and open source Thunderbird email client from Mozilla. Either will import your stuff from OE and once set as the default email application will fix the issue that you are having with OE.
