What's going on here at the GC?

I'm frustrated:

Never received my stuff for the solar car donations.
Never was allowed to join the gsearchblog after trying on two occasions.
Never received inquiries for the links I paid 11,000 GC$ a piece for.
Never received my Google Hacks.
Finally, allowed to join the moderator forum a month or so ago after I asked about it several months beforehand.

I've contributed $135.00 so far to this community, and I'm treated like crap in here.

It should have been sent; however, the PayPal donations were done separately, so I will check on it and resend it as necessary.

See above. As stated here, I have to use details sent from you in a PM (in this case, your email address to send the eBook to).

I've pretty much lost interest. There is very little discussion of Google here anymore and more off-topic nonsense. This place used to have intelligent discussion.

Yep, too many annoying newbs and little discussion is what has ruined this community.

The Golden Age of GC lasted from late August, 2004 to mid-April, 2005. It hasn't been the same since. It is so boring. It is mostly because Elliot doesn't have time to tend to GC anymore, with college and all.

BTW, cvrk, Darren is not supposed to know, because these demands were supposed to be taken care of a long time ago. The 'link exchange' and 'Google hacks' thing may not be a fault from Elliot's part, but Geekerati has many times informed Elliot that he did not receive any honorary mementos for his patronage to the cause of the 'Walnut Solar Car' project. Darren should not be able to take any responsibility since he only administrates GC and not the other institutions where Elliot is involved in, such as GSearchBlog and the 'Walnut Solar Car' project.

I think you should stop lurking. After all you've done for the community, abandoning it would be fruitless. You know you like this place. Falling out with Elliot should not discourage you from posting. I miss your articles. Burn the discontent.
