Google doesn't like my place!!

Get reasonable rankings with other search engines but google hates the place... br
How can i tell if i have got on a google blacklist or find good clear information on what i need to do to improve rankings. br
One of the problems maybe my site can be found both with and without www prefix and also as a subdomain br
e.g. br

read somewhere this is a truncation problem and needs a .htaccess file to sort out br
Can anyone out there help in very simple terminology!! br
