I'm sorry but just don't use flash for websites, it was designed for animation originally not for full websites.

Tell your client that most people who see a flash website simply leave if there are other websites offering the same products.

Hi there ! Maybe this a great help. I just research this steps on how to optimize this site.

1. Include “meta data tag” in the flash file. The flash development tools allow to add meta data tag which includes the title tag, meta keywords, meta description and NOEMBED tag which is indexed by the spiders of the search engine.

2. Provide alternative pages.They must provide separate page for those who do not want to gain access to “flash file”.

3. Using the “Flash Search Engine SDK” tool, in which you can extract text file from Macromedia flash file and write the output into standard HTML document.

4. Using the “SE-Flash tools”, is a tool that shows what from the flash site is visible to search engine .It provide more check the accuracy of extracted text file.

Use flash as a design to your site, in banners or just put a presentation but do not rely on flash in terms of content. If you want to put flash on your site, you must put an alt tag on them.
