How Do I Get Links Under My Listing in Google?

Hi, I hope i'm in the right area for help - I would like to know how do i get the above to happen when clients / people type my company name, my url is over 4 years of age, popular in searches, etc... quite a strong pr presence, but i'm stumped on how to list different sections under the main url?

Can you help?

Andrew, thanks for the answer, is there any way of helping google do this? ie adding extra navigation sections? ...
