Brand new search optimization friendly directory Biz-Dir.co.uk

I have just launched my 1st directory http://www.biz-dir.co.uk I have started advertising the directory heavily, it already has a good amount of backlinks and it is getting crawled by Google regularly, you don't have to pay to get listed all you have to do is link back to the directory from your links page, you can submit here.

Because it is my 1st directory I don't really know what I'm doing so I would appreciate any suggestions anyone might have.

it is a site on where lists of different sites were compiled subdivided to their categories...there can be free (regular or with reciprocal) or paid (with reciprocal or featured)...
