Hello friends,

How it will be useful to post content in social bookmarking websites like Digg, del.icio.us, are they crawled by the search engines?

Could any one explain me about it.

Yes they are being crawled and getting your content there would mean high quality backlinks.

social bookmarking sites will help you for backlinks and traffic....yeah they were crawled...

They are crawled and recognized by the engines as "news" sites - so getting links from them are critical to gaining brand name awareness.
