how many articles and blogs we have to update in a week?

hello friends,
I'm new to this forum.I've a question and hope someone can help me with the answers that how many articles and blogs we have to update in a week?

Answers would be appreciated greatly........

what do you mean?? you can create as many articles as you want and submit them to lots of article directories with your link on the resource box...blog should be updated almost everyday of new contents if possible...

you must send your original content to the article directory such as ezinearticle.com

Atleast once in a week. Add fresh content to the blog as and when it requires.

i think it depends on how much your website needs it.

you can create and submit articles as many as you want

but for blogs, update it if there is something relevant to be posted or updated.

As long as you can update a post in your blog in a day. Sometimes, I do it 3 to 5 times per week.
