hi friends,
I'm working as seo in a company.I want know what is actual process to get good results for my site in search engines.I mean what is the shelude for doing work step by step like directory submissions,link exchange etc.,.

Answers would be appreciated greatly..........

well i suggest to do the on page optimization first before you start the offpage process... tnx..

^ i agree with him. do on page first. analyze your site, your keywords and meta tags as well. then after doing so, you can now promote your site and do link building.

On your on page optimization. Do a research for the right keyword to target. Then create a content using your targeted keyword in a way that it may not look keyword spamming.

Improve your contents...try to use your keywords on your title and description and contents but avoid keyword stuffing/spamming...use unique title and contents on every pages of your site...put alt tags on your images and use your keywords if possible but again avoid keyword stuffing/spamming...then go on with improving your link popularity...use your targeted keywords as your anchor text when your linking with other sites on any ways (one-way, reciprocal or three-way linking)...much better if you can get one way links from great sites...link baiting is one way to get a one way link so better to have great contents that most visitors will link to...
