As i know Yahoo and MSN loves big no. of link unlike Google needs quality...
think thats the big difference... think no one know the real algo of SE's. But lots of clue..

as far as i know, Yahoo counts all your back links while Google only counts the relevant ones

I think Yahoo gives more relevance to on-site optimization, but there are a LOT of other "unknown" differences.

I think google gives more importance to quality links while yahoo gives priority on contents.
