Sitemap not being indexed

I have submitted our company's sitemap and Google is still not indexing it. Yes, we have a dynamic site. Our sitemap is:

can anyone offer help?

How long you have been submited your site map to google?
Cause to get indexing by google need time. May be a week, a month, 2 moths, etc. I don't know. But if you want getting fast to indexing by google try to getting high PR backlink.

why don't try to submit again.. just wait.. maybe it still on process..

your link popularity are low, try to get some good inbound links, it will help your site.

you can use google webmaster tools to know when google came to your site, if the webpage you are tracking doesn’t come up in google after 2 o 3 visits of the google bot, maybe is something wrong with the page

maybe your sitemap did not pass to googles sitemap guidelines.. check your google webmaster tools if there are some errors...

There's too many links on your page. I highly recommend using Google Sitemaps for a dynamic site that large.
