Links on other sites

When I trade links or put my link on certain sites with link directory scripts the link will look like this:
http://gonafish.com/4.5/index.php?ac...d&link_id=2728
I don't know whos site this link is to I just copied it as an example.

Notice the domain is gonafish.com, that is the site I want to put my my link on. When you mouse over you do not see my link but the script with an id# for my link. Are these worthless links? Can Google or other SE's even read my website through this type of link script. When I see these I wonder if I should even waste my time on them unless I am just hoping for traffic from the site.

Stay away from crap links like if you are interest in PR

but if the site has loads and loads of traffic the traffic might be worth more to you than the pr
