Dynamic pages uses special programming language such us PHP, ASP, Perl to output a required result based on the user query, example is the myspace browse function you set the gender, the age, location and the program will generate a new page containing all users based on your query. while the static pages is just an HTML file.

alex-party is an unknown quantity at this point
Also if you use ? and &, google won't like it.
Never use ?id=something, as google will spit it back in your face
Long story short - You should set "mod_rewrite" rules for converting dynamic pages into static.

Static sites are made in html, in short, all templates and contents are hard coded.

Dynamic sites are made from programming languages lik PHP, ASP, Ruby, Perl, Cold Fusion, Java, etc. They contain session ids and calls all content from the databases.

Dynamic website enpower with owner the ability to upload information on their own preferably through password protected administrative interfaces.A dynamic website is the most effective solution for sites with content requring frequent updates and/or interaction with the visitors. Static website has been published it too will not change until the next edition; whenever the webmaster or someone familiar with HTML, or flash edits the content.

Static website
1- The page does not require a frequent update such as about us, contact us page.
2- The page is meant to be informative only not interactive i.e. does not require any comment or feedback.
3- If we need our site to be search engine friendly, create a static page would be the best choice.

Dynamic website
1- The page requires a frequent update such as news site e-commerce site i.e. cnn news site, amazon selling site.
2- The page requires interaction between users such as chat, feedback form and forums.
3- When we need a website to provide a similar application to a desktop application, we definitely need a dynamic website; for example: mortgage website.
