I agree with selfie you CAN use socials BOOKMARKING just to convert traffic but some of them use no follow it will not help your site with regards to your PR.Its that alright for YOU indomAN.

yes... I have tried 1 month using bookmarking in social bookmark, the traffic is increase... but its very tired jobs because in one day many people using social bookmark too.

Social bookmark is not proper to lazy SEO people...LOL

You can get traffic but not for long term, the anchor are not usually what you nedd.
quality traffic that you need more times are just a bandwidth consumming.
