Result with section

when i serach some famouse sites in google, it returns the site and the sections of the sites as a first result.

example:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=cnn



it retuens cnn.com and the sections of cnn (world, sports and ...) under it:

how i can do this effect to my own site in google result when some one search it?
