You have a big block of CSS code on your pages, SE doesn't like that language, I suggest to put this on a separate page and you can do this by using this

For your keyword rankings, prioritize and add good quality content, not the images. Then use your target keywords in your content.

For high PR, link with quality websites. Those with PR 3 and above and relevant with your site. For example, if your site is all about sports, then you can link exchange with basketball, soccer and other sports related websites.
