Same site with High PR and bad traffic...possible??

Is it genuinely possible to have a High PR site with low traffic? if any,pls justify your answer with examples of few of those sites.

yes, it's possible, high pr just because you have enough backlinks, but not focus the clients.

yes its possible to have pr even with low traffic... i optimize site before, when i was noob.. for about a month and it acquire pr for just sending to lots of directories.. i get a couple of visitors.. but its poor..

High traffic is better than PR.

If the site has high PR and with low traffic, the site has a lot of quality backlinks or inbound links and the site is optimize well. But it has low traffic maybe, they promote their site to a site with low traffic. High traffic is more important because it tells about on sale and how many user visit your site. Page rank is important also because as seo we are working on how to rank the site or the keywords of the site.

PR has nothing to do with traffic.

Normally a website with huge traffic has a bunch of backlinks. These backlinks increase your pagerank

Yeah right, PR has nothing to do with traffic. Even if you have a high PR but doesn't have enough backlinks and promo ads, then you'll definitely get a low traffic.

it is possible.. or vice versa! but me i just go to traffics which could be the sales of the site. pr would follows if the SEs see the relevancy of your site to search users.
