The time and money and effort you will will spend to buy and try those SEO tools and the results that you will get it really doesnt worth to me unless you have a lot of money to spend for advertising. Take your time aspend 1/2 hrs a day for next 2/3 months and you will see some results .i wrote an article about how to rank high for search engine ranking here.
