iframe banners & Google PR

Hello,

There is banner program in my website. The banner script is as follows;

<iframe src="http://xxx.com?pReferrer=28891486297872" height="75" width="155" scrolling="no" align="left" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" vspace="1" hspace="1" frameborder="0"></iframe>

I can not change this script as an animated gif or etc. Lots of the members of my website placed that banner in their websites. However I am not sure if Google counts these links to my website.

I can not see these websites in the Links section of Google sitemaps or in "link:www.xxx.com"

What do you think? Should I wait some more? Does Google see the iframes as links?

iframes = no no for SEO!

The content read by SE's for your page may not consider the included frames. So it means that your keywords are actually excluded.

So what do you suggest me?

Should I change the script as;

regular link/s are recommended... use regular anchor link/s with your keyword/s (targeted keywords) as your text or link name...

What do you mean by regular link? Could you please suggest me an example anchor text?
