More back links low PR - Page 3

You alo have to make sure that the links are not "no follow" links... you can have 10 mil' links but if they are no follow so you got nothing...

I agree with leftybogs. Google continuos change in algorithm may affect PR rankings.... I wonder what Google is on mind now?

PR isn't only about links comming in, it's also your links going out, and the pages within your site that allow the bots to navigate through it. Site A might even have better quallity links then B, and site A could be much more developed and properly thrown togather.

On annother note, the age of the domain effects the PR too, the older it is, then it's that much more capable to have the relevant infromation SEs are looking for.

Still, the biggest determining factor for PageRank is the number and, more importantly, the quality of incoming links. This is outlined by Google on their technology page.
