Yes, 3-4 months before the next PR updates....the more quality backlinks you have on your site the bigger possibility that you can gain a high PR..

Google give me same PR this last update, I think its because of not updating my content regularly.

you wont gain PR if you have less backlinks

Yes, backlinks is the backbone of the PR...the more quality backlinks the higher the PR you gained...

I got a problem regarding the last update of PR.
My blog had a PR 3 then suddenly went down to PR nothing.
The thing is I don't know why?..

Well, Google always see things that we don't know it will hurt our blog or site but the important is your keyword ranking. Just create another content and build link to your blog and it come back again.

usually google updates pr 3-4 months but depending on your IBL.

have you try to look your PR on other DC's?
