I'm not sure if anyone can help me with this or give me some suggestions, but here goes:

We have a rather popular online game (HTML based) with several thousand players online at any one time.

Because of the way the game works, it spans over multiple domains (one for each language version). Recently, we noticed while our international (main) version of the game has an okay-ish PageRank of 5, our dutch version of the game (on a .nl) domain has a Google PageRank of 0 (it used to have at least 4 some months ago).

The site is quite similar to the international version of the game however it is all in dutch. Do you think we've been hit for duplicate content, or anything similar?

It should be worth pointing out that that we have various other language versions of the game Turkish, French, German, etc these are all on other domains, again with similar content.

These games do not have a PageRank of 0.

Any ideas, suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
