I am always keen to read articles. This sure is new both Good potential articles. But Yes if you had put this effort in article submission, it could be better.

Question why are your email addresses to hotmail & yahoo ?????

Just some points
Linking strategy - This cancels out any points if 2 sites link to each other.
Ebooks - are just copied and have the author info removed (its common) Just look around Ebay, hahaha
Affiliate program - Google hates these unless your on Adwords (cos your paying)

And yes you dont have to spend a dime on them like he says, but times money, and if its my time its a lot.
