What exactly is the difference between using http://domain.com & http://www.domain.com?
I would like to know if this has an affect to SEO. |

as far as i know site wiht www is not the same as non-www, and if you have different inbound link to both URLs, this could cause some problems:
-some search engines might think its a duplicate content and penalize your site for this. -splitting your links will affect your PR. you will have different PR for both URLs and you will lose valuable inbound links because they will be split into links for both URLs. *Adopt 301 redirect so that you do not have two versions of your site available. |

Yep as above, Google will see them as 2 different sites, you need to setup your DNS correctly to avoid this or use a 301 redirect.
Technically www is a sub domain anyway. |
