Link Building Services - who do you use?

I am using the service of: TLA - Smart Link Marketing.

Cos they gave me the best offer and they have great customers servise... reply very fast and to the point !! I got about 7 links from them by now, they will offer you to buy about 20 links, dont, even if the links are great, dont by more then 1-2 links per week !! ask them to save the others for you and tell them you will buy a new linkor 2 every week, good luck !!

Well, they are saving me a lot of time by locating the good and relevent links i need,so i dont mind to give them a bit %.. i tried to do it alone, its not as easy as it sounds !!

My site is up a while now. I had not got the time for seo or linking etc. The site looks well backupanytime.com but analytics (recently added) shows modest visits. My issue is, I need inbound links of a high page rank. I understand it is frowned on to pay for this. I don't know many related business I would feel comfortable asking for a link from. So, am I with original, well indexed content, clean code and content to be found below a copyright copycat with a links exchange ok attitude?

I am not knocking Google here. I accept that it is in Googles interest to make page rank and search order a good content based system and I understand that is what they are after. I just dont understand why the number of webmasters you know should be an issue.

I think I am on the first page (near bottom) for irish online backup , but this text was not my target. I would be interested to see if I come in the same order with the same search text from different regions. Anyone in the States or Asia available to try and coment, much appreciated...
