Invite others to post to your forum or just simply pay for a forum posters..Because the more post into your forums the more traffic you will get from major SE's

Especially for forums I suggest you to use some PPC programs to get some members , After some time you can stop it
Post some quality threads so that you can get some visitors from search engines . some SEO tips here
