Content Management System: Which one best to SEO?

Which Content Management System would YOU suggest that will get into the search engines 'better' than the others?

I'm wondering if there is a good Content Management System out there that is better optimized for the search engines.

Any suggestions?

What are you trying to do with the content management system, before I give an answer I would need to know what's it going to be used for and whats the website about.

You can't say that there is good content management system as SEs have different algorithm... I think focus on what SE you want to....

I use Joomla... user-friendly, easy to understand..

I just take a look on after download it.
Yes it is a good CMS system.
But still question whether it is SEO friendly.
Any body has tried it, any opinion?

Drupal is pretty good - it has a built-in option for SE-friendly URLs.

I think 帝国CMS,KingCMS,DEDECMS,PHPCMS and so on is better,but the language is chinese.

I'm a chinese boy and I am a chinese SEOer,I like these CMS in my county...
