slow indexing

Hello,

we have launched our website last week (15/

. Google is indexing our pages very slowly...actually only our home page.I can see in our statistics, that googlebot is visiting us quite a lot (each day), but we just don't get indexed our pages.

We have submited to many diectories, trying to get some links (so far without any response)...I'm beginning to panic...

Is it just me, being very inpatient ?

are you using robots.txt?... whats the url of your site?

we cant criticize is as of now, because we dont have any idea what about on your site.. but,, i think that is normal, before, not a month we get indexed with main SE's..

Hi Martina,
No need to panic, if your home page is indexed, it's a good start.
It will take up to month maybe several months until Google indexes entire web site depending on your web site number of pages. Keep submitting to directories and promoting, it will help a lot. Also, if you don't see some pages in search results, it does not mean it's not indexed, to check this, enter FULL page link in google search box and see if you get any results, if not try the same link omitting "http://".

well, I've replied to this post 4* now and i feel truly stupid, since I've put link in my reply, which I'm not supposed to...our website is in our profile by now.

It will show you how many pages indexed in Google from your web site at the moment. As far as I can see, everything going well with your web site.

Thank you Alex ... I'm fully aware about this, but google indexed out "old" pages ( while we were under construction" and so on, catches are old...well few are from last week, but that's about it. I know, that we have to be patient, but I'm getting very frustrated.

We are not showing up with our keywords...well, I'm sure, you know the story.

try posting your signatures on forums.. It was the fastest way of indexing a site...Through forum sigs 'coz SEs love fresh contents that's why forums are always crawled often...

You are in Googles "sandbox" reason is domain is not old enough plus you had a recent amendment to your records, did you buy this domain which was already registered, details below.

Next is your pages need much better SEO as competition out there is high for what your doing.

Expect to be out of the sandbox in the next 4 weeks to 6 months, based on your DNS info.

Other than that nice site.

are you sure that your site has a unique content?? duplicate contents are frowned in SE's,, as of now,, it's hard to determine if your site is in supplemental result because google remove the indication if the site has a duplicate content...
